Explanation of Benefits
With the new Explanation of Benefits online application, you can view, save or print your EOB statements from the secure area of this Web site.
Read the instructions and register to receive your EOBs via this site's Member Secured Services area.
Signing up is easy
- If you have already registered for Member Secured Services:
- Sign in to Member Secured Services.
- Enter your user ID and password
- Click on "Update User Profile"
- Click on "Update Electronic EOB Registration" and follow the prompts
- If you are visiting Member Secured Services for the first time:
- Go to the Member Secured Services page.
- Click "Register"
- Complete steps 1-5 to register for online EOBs
You must be a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network member to register for Member Secured Services.
Are you a Federal employee? For FEP self service, go to FEPBLUE.org.
Are you an Auto/National employee? Most are serviced through HCBO.com. Check here, or locate your self service site on the back of your BCBSM or BCN ID card.
