Eligibility Verification includes only viewing existing records (eligibility verification is included in the contract maintenance class).



Description

Human resources representatives with eligibility verification access can:

  • View employees' health care information
  • Verify coverage on the contract, subscriber and/or dependent level

Depending on your level of access, you may also view claims information.



Classroom Training
