HCBO Self-Serve Scheduling Tool

Human resources representatives using the Health Care Benefits Online (HCBO) Web site membership tool are divided into two areas: Contract Maintenance and Eligibility Verification.

Contract Maintenance includes reviewing eligibility (viewing existing records), processing membership additions, updates, and terminations.

Eligibility Verification includes only viewing existing records (eligibility verification is included in the contract maintenance class).
