Same design as Traditional Plus, except only Class I Preventive care services are covered:

- Bitewing X-rays
- Full-mouth and panoramic X-rays
- Teeth cleaning
- Fluoride treatment
- Space maintainers

- Members who see a DenteMax* provider receive network discounts for any noncovered services
* Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan uses the DenteMax network for its dental plans. DenteMax is an independent company that provides a network of PPO dentists to Blue members.
