You can use drug lists to see if a medication is covered by your plan. You can also find out if the medication is available as a generic, needs prior authorization or has a quantity limit.
Individual and family plans
These are plans for members who buy their own insurance. Our individual and family plans have two drug lists, based on whether you have an HMO or PPO plan.
