Medication Therapy Management Program*
We offer a Medication Therapy Management program at no additional cost to qualifying members with the Part D drug benefit who have multiple medical conditions, who are taking many prescription drugs and who have high drug costs. This program was developed by a team of pharmacists and doctors. The Medication Therapy Management program offers our participating members education and information to help them get the best results from the drugs they take. For example, this program helps our members use appropriate drugs to treat their medical conditions and to identify and manage possible drug interactions.
We contact members who qualify for this program. If we contact you, we hope you will participate so that we can help you manage your medications. The Medication Therapy Management program is offered to you at no cost and your participation is voluntary.
