When and How to Apply
Generally, applications for board or council representatives must be received by the end of August to be considered for terms beginning in April of the following year. You may apply for the board and the council at the same time, but you may serve in only one capacity at a time.
The councils look forward to receiving applications from people of diverse backgrounds, skills and talents who can contribute to policy decisions.
The application can be filled out on the computer, printed, signed and mailed. You also have the option of printing the application and completing it afterwards.
