Online Claims Status

You can now view the status of your claims, or claims of your dependents, at any time using our online claims status application. Dependent members can only view their own claims.


Claim summaries can be searched by:

  • Member name
  • Date of service range
  • In process/finalized claims
  • Claim type (facility/physician)

To access online claims summary, login to Secured Services. (If you're not registered click Register.) Once in Member Secured Services, click Claims Summary under the "Coverage and Claims" section.


Note: Individual Blue Basic and Medicare Advantage members will not have access at this time to the Online Claims Status Summary application.
