Can I customize OneBlue benefits?
No. OneBlue plans cannot be changed.

Your payments will be due the first day of each coverage month. For example, if you were effective as of the 15th of the month, then your payment is due by the 15th of that coverage month. If you were effective on the 1st of the month, then your payment is due by the 1st of that coverage month.

No. You can select any primary care physician in the BCN network.

A pre-existing condition is any condition for which medical advice, diagnosis, care or treatment was recommended or received during the six months before your effective date of coverage.

In general, women have higher medical claims than men. Rates are based on claims experience and State of Michigan Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation mandates.

Send a letter to us at least 30 days before you want your coverage to end. Be sure to include the date of termination and your signature. Mail it to:
