BCN Behavioral Health Services (Mental Health /Substance Abuse)
BCN behavioral health services do not require a referral from the member's primary care physician. However, the PCP can recommend a BCN-affiliated behavioral health provider to the member. The member can also initiate services by making an appointment with a BCN behavioral health provider. A list of BCN behavioral health providers is available at MiBCN.com/find. Members can also call the behavioral health phone number on the back of their ID card. The behavioral health provider must call BCN for an authorization.
