Reassign a Web-DENIS ID

Did you know that you can reassign a web-DENIS ID that is no longer being used? Here's how!


In order to reassign a web-DENIS ID that is no longer being used, list the following information on your company letterhead (fax coversheet is not acceptable):


  • The user ID
  • The previous user's name
  • The new user's name
  • Telephone number for the new user
  • A short note explaining that you would like the ID reassigned
  • Signature and title from a manager, provider or authorized individual with legal signing authority.

Fax the information to 1-800-495-0812 . BCBSM will contact the new user within 2-5 business days.
