It’s time you were rewarded with Blue Cross Rewards
You and covered family members can earn unlimited rewards in the form of gift cards by signing up and receiving rewardable health care services, such as MRIs, CT scans, colonoscopies and mammograms.
To get started:
Log in to your member account at bcbsm.com/get-rewards. If you don’t have one, select Register Now.
Select Manage your rewards.
Scroll and open the drop-down tab next to the Blue Cross Rewards section.
Select View rewardable services.
Find and choose the service that applies to you.
Select Sign up and then view the green trophy provider locations closest to you.
Make your appointment and have your service at a provider location with a green trophy.
After your claim is processed, you’ll receive an email to redeem your reward. You can choose a prepaid debit card or an e-gift card to major retailers.
For tax reporting purposes, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will send you a 1099 form if the total gift card amounts given to you during a calendar year are equal to or exceed the current IRS limit.
