24/7 Care
You don’t need an appointment to get care anywhere in the U.S. with virtual urgent care. When you have a rash, cold or other minor illness, but your primary care provider isn’t available, you can have a virtual visit with a trusted U.S. board-certified doctor. The average wait time is 10 minutes and prescriptions can be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
Mental Health
Mental health care is also available virtually from licensed therapists and U.S. board-certified psychiatrists. You’ll need an appointment, but many providers have weekend and evening availability.
Virtual Care is included in your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan health plan. Costs for medical visits will vary, depending on the complexity and length of your visit. Your out-of-pocket costs are based on your existing medical benefits. Costs for mental health care visits are based on your behavioral health benefits. You’ll see your cost before you start your visit.
