The BCBSM Coordinated Care mobile app offers personalized recommendations, simple connections to care teams and curated health and benefit content to support your employees’ needs. The app can be used (depending on which offering the employer has selected) to:

  • Connect with a member advocate or care advocate
  • Get expert guidance for non-urgent illness and injury from a care advocate
  • Set appointment reminders and track medications
  • View helpful articles and videos directly related to personal needs

Your employees will be given a specific access code that unlocks an app experience tailored to their needs and the specific plans and programs available to them.
