Develop your Win by Losing support system
Having a support system to keep you accountable and motivated is helpful for your weight loss journey. It can be made up of anyone who wants to see you succeed, online or in person. For example, family members or friends can be your biggest cheerleaders. Or maybe you pair up with a teammate to keep each other on track.
Some ideas for leaning into your network of support include:
Choose an exercise buddy. Get together a few times a week to do a fitness activity you both enjoy.
Share healthy recipes with people in your life. They might have ideas as well, and you can inspire each other to make nutritious and delicious meals.
Tell your family and friends about your weight-loss goals and what you’re doing to make progress each week, so they can be there for you when you need it.
Set up get-togethers with your Win by Losing teammates to celebrate each other’s scale and non-scale victories. You’re all in this together!
