In a new video, Dr. James Grant, senior vice president and chief medical officer at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, thanks health care providers for their role in helping Blue Cross and Blue Care Network achieve strong Star Ratings for their Medicare Advantage plans for the 2024 rating year.

As you read in the previous issue of this newsletter, both Medicare Plus Blue℠ PPO and BCN Advantage℠ HMO received 4-Star Ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. These ratings indicate how satisfied our members — your patients — are with the care and service they receive from providers and their health plan.
