Blue Cross and other groups join to award grants to 33 Michigan food pantries
In September, we announced $242,000 in grant funding provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, the United Dairy Industry of Michigan, Blue Cross Complete of Michigan and the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Foundation. The funding is focused on increasing the capacity for local food pantries to provide fresh food options that require refrigeration.
