Are performance guarantees included in the portfolio?

Yes, performance guarantees are included. 

Coordinated Care Enhanced, Advocate and Advocate Plus include a robust set of performance guarantees that ensure Blue Cross is delivering upon the outcomes that matter. Also included is a Value Guarantee based on broad aggregate medical management savings that delivers from both an outcome and savings standpoint. 

  • All performance guarantees will be conducted on a calendar year 
  • Employers must opt-in to enterprise level campaigns to meet engagement goals
