Our well-being program has been upgraded to Blue Cross Well-BeingSM, a more modern experience with more programs and resources to help you find ways to stay healthy.
You can now find daily content based on your health and interests and flexible programs tailored to fit your lifestyle. You'll also be able to choose from more than 100 fitness apps and devices that sync with your devices and track your activity.
Why 120-day requirements?
If your qualification form shows you use tobacco or you have a BMI of 30 or higher, you choose what's next to maintain your enhanced benefits and keep your costs down.
Maintaining your enhanced benefits
In the first 120 days — if required:
- If your BMI is 30 or higher, enroll and start participating in a weight-management program
- Weight-management options include a Triple Tracker or Lifestyle Coaching program
- If your qualification form shows you use tobacco, enroll and start participating in a tobacco coaching program
