You can pay your monthly bill, also called your premium, by setting up an online payment plan.

You also can have your plan premium taken out of your monthly Social Security check. This may take up to three months to take effect.

You can have your monthly payment for your plan automatically deducted from your bank account. Simply fill out the appropriate form and send it back to us.
