You can also enroll if you had Plan A, Plan C or Plan D, then enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan and now would like to return to Plans A, C or D.
Plans F, HD-F, G, HD-G and N are not available for those under 65 years of age and who are eligible for Medicare due to disability.
