How Can I Replace My Blue Cross ID Card for My Medicare Plan?

If you're a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare plan member and you need a new Blue Cross ID card, you don't need to worry. It's easy to get a replacement ID card.

Simply log in to your online member account. Don't have an account with us yet? It only takes a few minutes to register.

Once you've logged in, you can order a new card, view a digital copy of your card or print a copy.

You can also call the Customer Service number on your explanation of benefits statement. If you don't have one, you can find the right phone number for your plan on our Contact Us.

You're still covered while you're waiting for your new card. No need to worry.

Keep in mind: We can't replace your red, white and blue Medicare card. We can only replace your Blue Cross or Blue Care Network member ID card.

If you need to replace your government Medicare card, you'll need to contact the U.S. Social Security Administration. You can visit the Social Security website or call them at 1-800-772-1213.
