Medicare supplement plans don't cover preventive dental, hearing or vision benefits. 

But if you have one of our Blue Cross^® Medicare Supplement plans, you can add our Dental Vision Hearing Package for $29.50 per month. The premium cost may be re-evaluated each year and is subject to change.

What the package covers

This additional coverage offers:

• $0 in-network dental exams, cleanings, X-rays and fluoride treatment
• In-network vision coverage that includes standard lenses every 12 months
• One $0 hearing exam every 12 months and savings of up to 60% off average retail hearing aid prices at a TruHearing^® provider

How to enroll

Learn when you can enroll based on whether you're a new or current Medicare supplement member.

Current members

If you're a current Blue Cross Medicare Supplement member, you can buy this package between Feb. 1 and April 30.

Your benefits will start on the first of the month after we've processed your application.

New members

You can add this coverage when you're enrolling in a Blue Cross Medicare Supplement plan. Your dental, vision and hearing coverage will start at the same time.

If you've already signed up for a plan but didn't buy the package, you can add it on within the first 30 days of your effective date. If you signed up this way, your dental, vision and hearing coverage will start on the first of the month after you've applied.
