How Can I Get Mail-Order Prescription Services?

Why spend time dropping off and picking up prescriptions at the pharmacy? With all our Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug plans, you have access to mail-order prescription services. To place a mail order, you can use Optum Rx® and Walgreens Mail Service.

You can order up to a three-month supply of your Tier 1 through Tier 4 prescription drugs at a time, and they'll be delivered right to your house. You can also order up to a one-month supply of specialty drugs from Tier 5.

You usually save money when you order through these services, too.

You'll want to make sure you place your order at least two weeks before your prescription runs out. You can also have your doctor fax your prescription to your mail-order pharmacy of choice.

What you'll need to place an order

  • Your member ID card
  • The signed prescriptions from your doctor
  • Your doctor's name and phone number
  • A check, money order or credit card
  • Pharmacy mail-order form
