If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare Advantage plan and need to see a mental health specialist, here's what you need to know.

• You have mental health coverage if you have one of our Medicare Advantage plans, and you'll just have a copay for your visit.
• You don’t need a referral from your primary care physician if you have a BCN Advantage^SM HMO or HMO-POS plan.
• If you have Original Medicare, you’ll pay 20% of the cost for each visit.
• If you have a Medicare supplement plan, it might cover some of the cost.
