How Do I Get Mental Health Help With My Medicare Plan?

If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Medicare plan and need to see a mental health specialist, here's what you need to know.

Medicare Advantage members

You have mental health coverage if you have one of our Medicare Advantage plans, and you'll just have a copay for your visit.

You don’t need a referral from your primary care physician if you have a BCN AdvantageSM HMO or HMO-POS plan.

Call our helpline if you need immediate assistance with a mental health issue or substance use disorder.
