Submit Weight Loss
Stay on track by submitting your team's weight loss every week.
Each Friday by 5 p.m. ET, please submit your team's weight loss or gain.
- Select your team name from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the team captain's email address and choose SEND. Your team's submission form will appear on the page.
- In this week's line, enter the amount of weight your team lost or gained. Do NOT provide a new total team weight, only the difference between last week and this week.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select SAVE UPDATE.
