Submit Weight Loss

Stay on track by submitting your team's weight loss every week.

Each Friday by 5 p.m. ET, please submit your team's weight loss or gain.

  1. Select your team name from the drop-down menu.
  2. Enter the team captain's email address and choose SEND. Your team's submission form will appear on the page.
  3. In this week's line, enter the amount of weight your team lost or gained. Do NOT provide a new total team weight, only the difference between last week and this week.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select SAVE UPDATE.
