Employer-paid
Employer pays at least 35% of the employees’ premium.
Voluntary
Employer pays less than 35% of the employees’ premium.

Virtual dental care, powered by Teledentistry.com, provides an in-network dental solution for members to use when they:
- Are having a dental emergency and need immediate access to a licensed dentist
- Need dental care or answers after-hours or when their regular dentist is not available
- Are traveling and unable to get immediate dental care
The Blue Dental Resource Center to provide members with information and resources on dental conditions including:
- Dental wellness articles and news
- Dental cost estimator
- Help finding a dentist near you
Utilize proactive communications to support your employees’ whole health needs. Since oral health and overall health are closely connected, when you have medical and dental coverage with Blue Cross, we will identify and target those with gaps in their dental care and encourage them to schedule a preventive dental exam.
